Parque de la Ciutadella, or as we like to call it the Central Park of Barcelona, is great for dog lovers. It is located right in the center of the city and surrounded by many popular attractions. The space is filled with different experiences for your pet to run, jump, and play freely, all while ensuring safety for everyone with leash requirements in place.

Dog area ('Àrea per a gossos' in Catalan) Wellington is located right next to the Parque de la Ciutadella. This is an enclosed dog park that provides an ideal space for your pup to run, play, and engage with other dogs. It is a nice shaded area with benches for you to relax. Plus, you don’t have to worry about your pet running off and getting lost in the city.

Parque de la Barceloneta is situated right across Barcelona’s famous beach. You can take your furry companion for a stroll through the park which has a lot of nice art and beautiful Mediterranean Sea views. Or you can let your pet roam freely in the dedicated dog area.For extra excitement, consider taking a short walk across the street to the beach for your friend to roam off-leash on the sandy shores.

It’s the largest dog-friendly park in Barcelona offering plenty of space for dogs to run, play, and interact. This park is nestled between the Marina station and Arc de Triomphe, and is a popular spot for local families. The dog area has green zones, fine sand, and a drinking fountain. The sand provides a safe for dogs to play on, while the drinking fountain ensures they stay hydrated. There are also benches for you to rest while watching your pet frolic.

This mountain (or hill) is located in the middle of the city and is known for many popular attractions and beautiful gardens located here. Parc De Joan Miro is located near the famous Place de Espanya. It has a nice sandy shaded dog park.This space ensures that your dog can get plenty of exercise.Another highlight of Parc De Joan Miro is the café located at the top of the park and the big mall Arenas at the bottom. Both of them are pet-friendly. So, here, after a walk, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a snack while your dog rests by your side.
