All ice cream is made in-house. Arturo, the owner of this place, focuses a lot on the quality of ingredients, so they always use the best fruits and nuts. Plus, flavors change depending on the fruits in season. My favorites are Coconut and their legendary Gianduia (chocolate and hazelnut cream).
