This elegant restaurant is located on Barcelona’s waterfront. It is a very nice option to celebrate some special occasion. Their staple dish is pasta en rueda — a pasta prepared in a hallowed cheese wheel. A layer of cheese is scraped inside the wheel so it melts when the hot pasta is mixed in by hand.
