La Balmesina is a restaurant in Gràcia founded by three young Italian guys. They mastered the art of creating a pizza dough. 72 hours of fermentation make the dough very light and digestible. For several years in a raw they get into a list of 50 best pizza restaurants in the world. A must-try is the "trufaldina", with mozzarella, Shiitake mushrooms, burrata, and truffle sauce. You can accompany your pizza with other Italian delicias like a burrata with pesto and crostini or the eggplant parmigiana.

My go-to place if I want a really good pizza. It was founded by three Italian guys. They make gourmet pizza from sourdough with 72 hours of fermentation. For several years in a row, La Balmesina has been on the list of the top 50 best pizza restaurants in the world. They have traditional Margherita and Bufala but also unique flavors like artichokes and guanciale (cured pork cheeks) or blue cheese and pear. I can't say I have any favorites here, so just grab what you like.
