La Sagrada Familia

The 2nd biggest Christmas fair where you can find artisanal gifts, arts and crafts, and decorations. This is the place to go for traditional foods – nougat, churros, honey, cheeses and sausages, baked sweet potatoes, roasted chestnuts, etc. Open from November 23rd to December 23rd.

The best views of the basilica are from two parks situated next to it. Plaça de Gaudí is located in front of the Nativity façade, where the main entrance to the basilica is. It has a nice pond and allows you to capture the sand castle-like church together with its reflection in the water. Plaça de la Sagrada Família is on the opposite side. It has a nice alley of trees, which opens up directly to the basilica.
